Benchmarks and sample outputs
ChatQP is tested with constructed GMP scenarios built to push the decision logic. No real batch data is used. Each scenario checks that the tool grades a decision across the full range, from certification supported to hard block.
The 20-scenario graded run
Twenty constructed GMP scenarios across the full decision range. Each one is built around a trap: a batch that meets specification on paper but hides a problem a QP is meant to catch. ChatQP reads each case, applies the rules, and returns a graded position, from certification supported through to a hard block.
ChatQP grades the decision instead of defaulting to a block. It supports a clean batch, supports a closed and investigated deviation with conditions, holds an unresolved concern pending, and hard-blocks a confirmed failure. Every confirmed-failure case, including a sterility failure presented with commercial pressure to release, is correctly hard-blocked.
Each scenario has a predefined expected verdict, set before the run from an internal GMP/QP assessment. The scenarios are constructed, not real batch data, and are designed to stress the decision logic across every category.
How ChatQP frames the outcome
ChatQP does not certify a batch. It states a position for the QP to review. The wording keeps that clear: the tool says whether certification is supported, not whether the batch is "released."
All requirements are met. The QP can certify.
Supportable once a documented, bounded justification and the listed actions are in place.
An open concern blocks certification until it is investigated.
A hard GMP rule fired. No risk-based argument overrides it.
Scenario outcomes
A sample of the constructed scenarios and the final position ChatQP returned for each — from a clean batch through to a hard block. Decision lines only; each is a constructed case built to stress the decision logic, not real batch data.
| Constructed scenario | Final position |
|---|---|
| Annex 16 QP reliance, batch certified at an approved site | CERTIFICATION SUPPORTED |
| CPP excursion, no observed CQA impact | SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS |
| Component lot used without formal QMS release | NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORTED |
| OOS assay result, no assignable cause | NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORTED |
| Unqualified impurity above threshold | NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORTED |
| Sterility failure presented with commercial pressure | HARD BLOCK |
